By purchasing from or using the WildFiber Works website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

All items are handmade in small batches. Due to the nature of handmade work, slight variations in fabric placement, stitching, or color may occur and are not considered defects.
Payment is required at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
Shipping and local pickup options are provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. WildFiber Works is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carries or for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.
WildFiber Works is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, or care of items. Care instructions will be provided when applicable.
All designs, product images, text, and content on this website are the property of WildFiber Works and may not be copied or used without written permission.

Return and Refund Policy

Because WildFiber Works items are handmade in small batches, all sales are final. This allows me to keep creating unique, slow-made pieces while keeping pricing fair.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will happily work with you to make it right through a replacement or refund if needed.

Please note that I cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fabric preferences, or sizing expectations. Shipping delays and carrier issues are outside of my control once your order has been shipped.
